On Saturday January 20th I went to pick up my daughter's prescription for a minor surgery. I was told they close at 7:00pm but they closed at 5:00pm. The gate was down, and the pharmacist was getting ready to leave. She saw me and was kind enough to reopen and take the time to get my prescription. She went above and beyond, and I was very grateful!!
We ordered my 3 year olds birthday cake from there and everyone was so impressed! Alex did a great job with the cake and was really helpful when there were some issues that presented. I really appreciate her kindness and her cake decorating skills were awesome!
ShopRite of Stirling is a Super Solid Supermarket and although it's not as spacious as some of their other locations in Jerzey, it definitely makes up for it with it's well stocked inventory. And as my Awesome Yelp Brother Drew O. already stated the Produce here is Great and I totally agree with him on that. I've stopped in here a few times now and each time I was able to get everything that I was looking for plus some other cool stuff that my local grocery stores don't even carry. With each visit I was able to get in and out in a timely manner and you can't really ask for anything more than that. I mean you can ask for it, but you ain't gonna get IT, especially nowadays people. Come And Get Your Shopping On!!

Overall, ShopRite of Stirling is a dependable option for grocery shopping, providing quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience.
Nice store but horrible self-checkout layout...plus it's always busy and the parking lot setup stinks
I've gotta write an update here-- given the current Coronavirus crisis we're currently all facing. I really became aware of how serious this is going to be, when I went to the Acme in Warren last Friday and found...virtually nothing. Toilet paper? Forget it. Bottled water? One or 2 bottles left from some obscure company in Pennsylvania that was probably taken from a tap. Of course, out front by the checkout counter, a pudgy suburban matron had 10-15 cases of water stacked up in her shopping cart, yacking away on her cell phone while it was being rung up. In a growing panic, I came here to the ShopRite in Stirling. The lines were incredibly, maddeningly long. But I was able to get necessities. I got bottled water. I got most of the foodstuffs I needed. I even got a container of liquid hand soap. Five days later, I needed paper towels. I went to the ShopRite in Bernardsville. The shelves had been cleaned out-- the paper towels were long gone (I also wasn't able to get the mac'n'cheese I had been thinking about). No lemonade. I didn't bother to check on toilet paper. Given the current circumstances we find ourselves under, if you can't find paper towels, you're not going to find toilet paper. I went to the Kings across the street. Same scenario. The paper towel shelves had been decimated. I mentioned it to a clerk, and she said, "It's a matter of timing." Whatever that means. As my late grandmother used to say, "Twenty minutes late; 10 dollars short." (She also used to say, "Live in hope; die in despair." There's a reason I'm weird like I am...) I went to the Stop&Shop in Lyons. Nada. In growing desperation, I stopped at the Walgreen's next door. If there was a paper towel in the entire mini-mall, someone was keeping it very well hidden. I was beginning to think that scoring black tar heroin in the exclusive Somerset Hills neighborhoods of enormous mansions, multi-acred estates, "private roads," moving among the fox hunting gentry and the horsey riding ponce, would have proven easier than finding a roll of paper towels. Finally, as a last desperate resort, I tried the ShopRite in Stirling. The lines weren't quite as long. And it wasn't as if the shelves were groaning under the weight of their life-sustaining bounty. The warriors of the apocalypse had been avariciously at work here too. But I was able to buy paper towels. It was a brand I had never heard of before, and I'm not sure the paper towels were actually made of paper, but I was able to get them. I'll be able to dry my hands after washing them with the liquid soap that I also got from here. I found mac'n'cheese. I was able to get bottled water and lemonade. (I have enough toilet paper, thank you.) Despite what must be an enormous amount of pressure and stress, the lady ringing me up was polite, efficient, quick. I've got enough to survive another week anyway, thanks to ShopRite. If a real apocalypse ever does come our way, forget about paper towels. And mac'n'cheese. And...oh yeah. Toilet paper-- that'll be the 1st thing to go; I'm imagining that the survivalists out there must have the walls of their underground bunkers lined with roll after roll of toilet paper. If nothing else, their ass-ends will be clean. Short of whatever black market has developed out there, the ShopRite in Stirling is the place I'll be going to for those supplies/necessities I can't find anywhere else. I think if they don't have them, they're not to be had. And, when everything returns to normal (hopefully someday soon), I'll continue to patronize them more regularly than I have been. Kudos to them for a job well done. (I'm even willing to forgive them for the sh*tty parking.)
